三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:7-11 三明治1份+無糖豆漿1瓶 或 7-11大燒包+豆漿(無糖)
午餐:7-11關東煮(控制在4份關東煮料)+豆漿 或 兩把麵+青菜+雞胸肉
晚餐:餅乾(1包約400卡左右) 或 不吃
其它:不吃宵夜,每天會吃b群,手搖杯跟一般飲料都很少喝
日常作息:
早上0630-0700起床
平常上班(0800-1730)
晚上通常2300或2400前就寢

最近有了比較穩定的工作
體重就跟壓力一起往上飆升
自己也要為了自己的人生負責
我在運動的時候,非常容易抽筋
像這樣體重的我是屬於正常的情況嘛
常常打球很容易抽筋
帶給我不少的困擾
接下來就是吃的問題
我用公式換算基代
那樣吃會不會吃太多
請教各位版友給一些建議
並且鞭策我吧
