三餐內容
早餐:萵苣三大片+苜蓿芽+豆苗(少許)無美乃滋 配上一碗的清漿+燕麥
午餐:正常的便當
晚餐:簡單的水果 葡萄 番茄 十粒左右
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間: 約7點起床 之後念書 7點多運動
晚上11-12點前就寢
生活型態:考生
運動形態:天天到泳池報到
游自由式 游1小時 距離約1500M
下雨時轉作飛輪+舉啞鈴 前者約踩半小時
後者約舉2-3組 每組15下
我的問題:後來聽同學說吃不到基代的熱量長久下來可能會有問題
才去康是美量了一下,發現這樣一天約有1900多要達成
飲食部份想請問可以從哪裡著手調整
