對於做腿的動作 - 健身

每個禮拜都很期待練深蹲,所以我很疑惑為什麼有些人不喜歡練腿。
深蹲是我唯一能做超過60公斤10rm的動作啊,不覺得很有成就感嗎?
不過我有一點疑惑,一般來說至少要配四個動作,可是我比較習慣深蹲。
其他什麼分腿蹲、單腿蹲,對我來說動作很難做到標準,做起來左搖右晃的。
各位會在練腿那天只練深蹲嗎?還是只做4-6組,再配其他動作呢?

我有嘗試過leg extension的機器,不過聽說那個會傷膝蓋?
