大家好 :)
想請問大家,
當排好課表之後,
大家是怎麼訓練當天的目標肌群的?
是用一種適合的機器做適合的組數重量,慢慢把各部位訓練完
還是會用各種不同的機器 刺激同一塊肌肉? 再慢慢把各部位訓練完呢?
另外想請問,
常看到(胸、三頭)、(背、二頭)、(肩、腿)的課表排法
雖然每天兩部位,卻都花40~50分鐘去做
這點小弟有點搞不懂?
我是胸大肌一台機器、三頭一台機器
但都一下就結束了,其他人為什麼都做那麼久的時間呢?
(那麼多的時間用在哪裡? 搞不清楚 :) )
