小弟獻醜,順便問課表問題 - 健身

這張體檢表是在台中科博館的體能檢查機量的,
測量方法是雙手握住兩隻把手,然後赤腳站在測量機上。
打算四個月後再去量一次XDrz 目標是體脂15%

以下是小弟在這個版請教後調整過的課表,
然後最近開始嘗試德硬訓練法,看看四個月後效果如何。
