體脂率:32

三餐內容
早餐:饅頭或吐司加純喫茶無糖綠
午餐:三分之一到二分之一個便當
晚餐:一碗湯+青菜
其他:一天可能會喝個飲料大多是三分糖或無糖的綠茶
水的話可能也有喝足至少一千到兩千CC
日常作息時間:
晚上十二點前睡七點起床
上班八點到五點很正常
生活型態:
上班族
運動習慣:
主要是每天散步或小跑步一小時(也可能沒有每天)
偶爾會騎那個己經長滿灰塵的x-bike
我的問題:
之前靠著三餐吃的很少己經從53瘦到49了
但是這兩天去康是美量量體脂率居然高達32%
覺得有點可怕
所以現在盡量是想以減脂肪率為目標(希望到28%)
然後體重瘦到45
請網友們給我一點意見吧
