我是屬於四肢瘦瘦跟竹竿一樣 手腳都不會胖
肚子圓圓的體型 =")
(50公斤是我最瘦的時候 最胖約58公斤但看起來還是很瘦)
肚子一直都是我的問題
吃很飽的時候稱大可以快32吋!!!!
不過現在比較瘦又吃不多所以大概是29吋
在一次爬文發現這個方法後
真的只花了五分鐘就小了兩吋→27吋

連續三天晚上都花個五分鐘吧
現在有維持在27吋!!!!
看著我減小肚的筆記本
上面寫著:目前29吋 目標26吋 差3吋
現在很開心幾乎達到目標了!
不過這個方法對我來說只是像捏黏土一樣
只是把肚肚的地方押下去一點
實際上穿褲子的感覺阿或是體重都沒有變化
但是實際去量腰圍 數字的確有變小喔
所以說"瘦"小腹不如說是"縮"小腹吧!!!
