三餐內容
早餐:早餐店的鬆餅加小冰奶或是吃一些火腿蛋等類的吐司
午餐:媽媽準備的便當,一菜一肉一蛋+白飯
晚餐:沒什麼吃,頂多喝一杯巧克力牛奶
其他:回家會吃宵夜,有時吃泡麵
日常作息時間:大概都十一點接近十二點
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:沒有什麼運動習慣,一個禮拜頂多跑三四圈操場
我的問題:
雖然我看起來很瘦,手跟腰都蠻細的,但唯獨我的腿
尤其是小腿,粗到不知道該如何是好
我也不是那種街上的要瘋狂減肥的那種女生,因為要穿短褲腿細的根竹竿一樣
我只希望我能不要有小腿的肉肉
明明就不是很胖,但是走路時穿裙子時我的小腿的肉肉就會一直晃動
好困擾!!!!
