看了這一系列討論,我想來談點個人經驗。
不會是一篇很有邏輯、秩序的文章,但卻是我內心最真實的想法。
首先,最想說的一句話是,感謝fitness板,我瘦了10公斤。
第一次看fitness板是在2008年的秋天,
印象中最震撼的一段話是置底某篇文章提到:
"如果你每次運動後都吃一塊雞排,ok,那你就吃吧!
運動後不可以吃東西,是完全錯誤的觀念!
相反的,運動後才是適量飲食的黃金時段"
接下來,我知道不吃澱粉是錯誤的,因為脂肪要在醣類的火焰中燃燒。
接下來,我知道沒有動哪裡瘦哪裡的道理,踩空中腳踏車是徒勞的行為。
接下來,我又知道有氧運動瘦全身,先瘦哪看基因,總有一天會瘦到我最想瘦的小腿。
接下來,我開始規畫飲食與運動。
接下來,我瘦了,胸部少了2個cup,腰變細了,臉變小了,大腿少了一圈。
接下來,我發現,我的小腿還是一樣粗。
以下我要說的,絕對只有警惕,沒有鼓勵!請注意!
在2008年秋天以前,我一直覺得我是那個萬中選一的練武奇才,是個小腿太壯的人。
然後我做了一件事情,也是我最後悔的一件事情。
我去做美容手術,拿掉了小腿的腓腸肌,外加局部抽脂。
嗯,沒錯,我的小腿圍,從41cm變成了37cm,他還是很粗,只是變小了一點。
聰明的版友,你們發現了嗎?
太壯不是因為腓腸肌嗎?幹嘛抽脂?
我要告訴你們的就是,抽脂不是我決定的,是醫生叫我抽的。
醫生告訴我,要小腿變瘦,"通常"不是只拿掉腓腸肌就好,加上抽脂效果才會明顯。
醫生不這麼說,請問他還賺得到我的錢嗎?
因為,我根本不是太壯,而是太肥。但是醫生不會告訴我。告訴我他賺個屁?
如果只拿掉腓腸肌而不加上抽脂,術後看起來還是很粗勇,沒有廣告宣稱的笑果,
要怎麼辦?你退錢給我嗎?怎麼可能!
所以,最後,腓腸肌也拿了,局部脂肪也抽了。

後果就是我的小腿每天都是痛的、都是痠的,
休息再多天都沒有用!
有時候會痛到不能走路。你想要這樣嗎?
我相信,等我老了,我的小腿一定會找我報復,
因為出來混,遲早要還的!
對,很多女生都認為,小腿細又直,漂亮就好,誰在乎那是肌肉還是脂肪啊!
但是現在我要說的是,我在乎!
我只是太肥,不是太壯,我失去了最寶貴的肌肉,換來痠痛與無力,
而我原本是可以不用受這些苦的,
因為真正作怪的,其實是有氧運動就可以消掉的脂肪。
請大家愛惜自己的身體,肌肉是很寶貴的東西!
