小腿肌肉突起能夠靠拉筋改善嗎? - 健身

我是女生 身高165/51kg
整體看起來是瘦,從大學開始一直有跑步的習慣
大概每次跑4k/23mins,壹週2-3天
但我暖身跟收操都沒有做得很徹底 不知道會不會影響
暖身大概就是先走一圈操場 隨意拉拉筋
跑完再走一圈緩和 然後拉拉小腿 大概10下就結束了
每天也都會抬腿
雖然我自己也覺得應該不是跑步讓我的小腿粗
因為本身的小腿好像從國中就不算太細
只是全身只有小腿肌肉有點man穿起短褲和裙子都會害羞
最近還發現有青筋浮起一點 不知道是為什麼 是我跑步姿勢錯誤嗎?
所以還是上來尋求意見

如何讓我的小腿肚不要那麼突出 我的大腿沒有很粗
但是看起來都有小腿跟大腿一樣粗的錯覺>"<
拉筋有效的話要用什麼樣的方式啦? 我每次都覺得只會拉到小腿外側
但困擾我得是小腿內側肌...
有人說做瑜珈Ok 是真的嗎?
