小弟我本身有在打籃球,常常在練習跑籃時最後一步
上籃動作都想用全力去跳,身體是有飛的感覺啦!不過次
數一多小腿就很容易抽筋,雖然練久了就不會這樣,但只
要長時間沒練球再練球時就又很容易抽筋,想問一下,這
樣是不是小腿的肌耐力不足啊?還是水分補充不足?如果
是小腿肌耐力不足,有什麼方法可以不用器材自己在家也
能加強的?謝謝。
