上次發這個文是什麼時候了? 五月分嗎?
總之,有興趣想動一動阻力訓練的,就來吧.
時間:未來的每個周末都有效,周末健身房的開放時間是pm0100~0900
地點:嘉義彌陀路上的駿X健身房
費用:免,TIEW板友會大力友情贊助!!
內容:雞龜喵碎碎念+你可以玩到健身房關門
必備:毛巾+運動鞋+運動衣褲
有淋浴間與飲水機,當然也有廁所,請不用擔心清潔問題
額外注意事項(?):
看出去的風景就餐廳跟大陸團遊覽車一台接一台,可能會激發部分人食欲XDDD
外頭走往小七的小段路上有小潘作壽司,練完也許可以享受一下悠哉的進食情調XD
隔壁也有家義大利麵,吃完一盤應該也挺飽的了.
不然大路口對面也有上禮拜才開張的星巴克,也是個休息的優哉去處.
