居隔在家可以做什麼簡單的運動 - 健身

前幾天中鏢
要在家居隔七天,到現在已經是第三天
可能平常有燒香,雖然還是有一些不適,但身體狀況已經好很多
想簡單做一些運動來消磨時間,但手邊只有握力器可以玩
還有瑜珈墊可以用,想問問有沒有什麼比較緩和的運動可以稍微做一下?
題外話:沒居隔過真的不知道平常可以往外跑是多幸福的事,現在連想曬個太陽都不容易
