身為上班族一週跑步2~3次,每次看身體狀況4~5k,目前大約跑了半年。
覺得身體狀況最好分速大約可以到5:40,最差會到6:00左右。
跑完5k時間大約會差到約2分鐘。
感覺這樣分速差好像有點大,在業餘的跑者來說這樣算正常的嗎?
有沒有人可以分享維持身體狀況的方法?讓每次成績可以差不多。
