屈體深蹲 請益 - 健身

大家好,
小弟在練囚徒的屈體深蹲時遇到一個問題
當雙手放在支撐物時,我的下背圓背了
不管怎麼喬距離姿勢,下背還是圓的
但是下蹲之後可以保持深蹲標準姿勢
另外想請問有人練過肩立深蹲嗎
分享個心得嗎?
有擔心壓迫頸部但是我的手有深深的感覺吃力所以應該不會吧
