一直以來從事服務餐飲性質的工作
工作內容不外乎久站走來走去及端提物品
三餐會吃到蠻飽,運量頻率約二週2-3次或停擺
當時進入餐飲工作時是75kg,
做了好幾年下來
體重維持在67kg上下
直到年初離職先是待業一個多月
無暴食,也有維持一週2-3天運動頻率
後來新工作是辦公室久坐類型
上任新工作的半個月後我量了體重…
是73kg…!!!(暈倒)整個爆增很多!!!
做了這份工作我的作息更正常說
每天約晚上11:30睡覺,早上7點起床
三餐正常吃(晚餐蠻常吃到蠻飽…在家吃因為晚餐吃完又會想吃水果而又增飽),
運動頻率一週4-6天,每天都有喝足2000cc的水
然後至今我的體重是71.72kg間浮動
從3月底發現體重爆增到現在6月沒什麼大改變
真的是需要檢討…囧
我補充一下
我的運動是約晚上8點
快走國小外圍 最後慢跑2圈 整體運動時間1小時
在思考是不是久坐辦公室類型的我一天只能吃兩餐QQ才能有效果…?
或是各位有什麼建議?
