目前從5/13減脂到6/13了
體態上感覺有差異(早上起床空腹量)

在學校健身房量的體脂卻沒有下降反而增加TT
但都是有在吃東西之後量的情況下
本人身高149年級23
5/21 體重43.7 體脂25.5 基代1008 筋肉30.9公斤
6/11 體重43.3 體脂26.7基代 989 筋肉30.1公斤
學校的機器長這樣,沒有握把的那種

運動方面:
一週重訓5-6次
腿:
深蹲30公斤12*4
分腿蹲啞鈴各5公斤12*4
夾腿機47公斤12*4
闊腿機40公斤12*4
背:
啞鈴拉5公斤12*4
W槓拉 10公斤12*4
滑輪下拉12公斤12*4
划船19公斤12*4
胸:
啞鈴胸推5公斤12*4
啞鈴飛鳥5公斤12*4
機器胸推12公斤12*4
機器飛鳥12公斤12*4
我都是一天練一種肌群,偶爾會加練三頭
練完都還會15分鐘的有氧
飲食方面:
除了有幾天比較爆卡之外
其他天都維持在1200卡左右

藥物方面,有在吃避孕藥調經
不知道這會不會有影響
覺得這一個月來的減脂的成效沒有很好
想問該怎麼改善比較好~謝謝大家
