左右手受力感受能力的差別 - 健身

同樣一組動作,右邊身體做起來就是會比左邊身體有感覺
例如做啞鈴單臂划船時,右邊闊背做沒幾組就有結結實實的出力感
甚至都會有拉扯的感覺,做完一整個感覺就是有練到
可是左側闊背卻沒啥感覺,不管怎麼集中精神在闊背卻都無法感覺闊背的出力
反而做沒幾組手就沒力了 ==
相同情形不管是在練胸/三角都是相同情形
爬文看板上不少前輩都是會練到左右不平衡(ex.大小胸)
小弟目前只微微有這種感覺左右不平衡了
只是目前徵狀已經出來了怕再練下去真會左右失衡
所以想來請教版上前輩遇到這種情形該怎麼克服呢?
PS.目前小弟菜單搜尋之前小弟文章就有了,基本上大同小異。
