胸推重量問題 - 健身

小弟是一個月的菜鳥
一個胸推小問題請教各位高手
我目前胸推練習情況是:
20kg 2set 10rm -> 30kg 2set 8rm -> 35 2set 8rm ->
40kg 1set 4rm (沒力了~) -> 30 1set 4rm
可是如果直接舉 40kg 起跳
可以 40kg 2set 8rm -> 45kg 1set 6rm (沒力了~) -> 在down 下來
這是我目前的情況,
我的目標是練大肌肉,
請教哪一種對我的目標較有利呢?
