原PO左腳踝舊傷大約三、四年了
前陣子有連著兩天去健身房運動
都是在跑步機上快走, 一次三十分鐘
會慢慢的加快這樣
結果第二天快走到中後期時, 覺得整個不對
左腳踝越來越痛...
最後好像沒走完三十分鐘就坐在旁邊休息了
之後第三天腳整個痛到不行,
大概是因為還沒養成運動的好習慣, 一次運動量太大, 左腳在跟我抗議了="=
接著氣管過敏囧
連一般邊走邊聊天的時候都會喘="=
大概到這陣子才好了些而停止吃藥
天氣寒冷的時候左腳踝會很痛...這目前無解OTL
想請問像我腳踝這樣, 有什麼比較適合我的運動嗎?
如果又快走, 會不會又像之前一樣=口="
那這樣慢跑會對我比較好嗎?
若想要全身都運動到, 又不會對我左腳踝造成太大影響, 有這種適合我的運動嗎?
對了, 原PO不會游泳, 很怕水>_< (其實比較像是害怕雙腳踩不到底
有下過幾次水, 每次剛下水時都像將溺水的人一樣亂動+驚慌OTL (用浮條+游泳圈
大概要把我丟在海裡十幾分鐘我才會比較放鬆="=...
