早上大概8點多吃早餐,一碗公的cereal加優酪乳加半盒鳳梨
這樣的份量真的還滿飽的,然後大概10點去健身房運動
設定5K,先調9跑了3K,約20分鐘
跑了3K之後我調慢速度到6.5,又快走了1K
最後1K再度調回9,這時候就覺得很累了>"<
之前跑5K的話,速度大概都是8.5-8.8一口氣跑完這樣,沒有快走
是我太看得起自己了嗎
然後最後500公尺,我還一口氣調到10想說撐完就沒事了
結果一跑完(總共約35分鐘)我馬上眼前一片黑,差點就要直接倒下來
心跳得超快的,我掙扎著到旁邊的健身車上坐下來,很想吐
大概坐了10分鐘才覺得正常了一點,嚇死我了
是我一次把速度調得太高嗎? 但是我中間有加入快走啊
而且9跟我之前的8.5-8.8並沒有差太多
還是我的早餐不適合跑步呢,需要加入多一點蛋白質嗎
