本人182/84 20Y 男
從今年3月開始認真計畫減重和減脂
兩個月從原本95公斤下降到84公斤
體脂肪沒有認真追蹤 但是目前約20%左右
(腰圍從原本38腰瘦到34腰左右
潮爽der)
暑假期間只有固定一週去一次健身房重訓
有氧就比較少了
開學後想要繼續瘦到75公斤 體脂肪規劃降到15%
不過我想徵人互相鼓勵健身運動減肥
如果人多的話開成群組也可以
