先承認我怕被熟人發現所以是用分身po
過完年後體重就以恐怖的方式直線上升
從56-->6x 嗚嗚
雖然一個禮拜會去健身房4~5次但是還想加強一下
想找兩三個朋友一起去師大奔跑
互相激勵監督與偷懶(大誤)
計畫是星期一到五的晚上10點~11點間
