性別:女
年齡:20
身高:158
體重:47
BMI:19
體脂率:15

三餐內容
早餐:起床會先喝一杯溫開水 半個小時後吃ㄧ大盤水果(種類三種以上)
午餐:ㄧ碗五穀飯 + ㄧ盤配菜 蛋豆蔬菜 我不挑食
晚餐:跟午餐相差無幾 或者 吃麵
其他:我茹素
日常作息:1點前睡 8點前起床 (開學後比較規律了)
生活型態:學生 (有慢跑習慣算運動員嗎XD)
運動習慣:每週跑個五.六天 操場慢慢跑可以跑ㄧ個小時 跑步機速度比較快(八到十之間)
人也比較喘 會跑個三.四十分鐘
我的問題:歷經年節和寒假的雙管齊下 我變胖了 47公斤是不重沒錯
但我的脂肪都囤積在肚子 坐下來時自己可以捏ㄧ大把肥肉XD 最重要的是
我的褲子都穿不下了 開學以來每天都穿裙子 很明顯的 大腿也受到波及了
另外小腿從我這幾個月跑步下來是有慢慢變粗 但我希望是因為我贅肉增生的緣故
我的減脂計畫就先不顧慮小腿的感受了 還是如故慢跑
然後我也不量體重 就只是倒數褲子可以穿起來的那天TT
若是回到正常體重以後 我再也絕對ㄧ定不要發胖了Q______Q
PS 我有沒有loss掉任何減脂要注意的細節? 謝謝各位~
