最近在網路上搜尋閒逛
看到關於常住治秀&樂體運動的內容
他是日本知名高爾夫教練
提倡身體核心平衡的概念
後來又依自己的理論實踐在50歲時從93公斤減肥到71公斤
成為藝能界與企業界很紅的減重教練
台灣有一本他的著作翻譯本
肩膀鬆.肚子緊.樂體運動讓你瘦
我有找來看但還沒有實際照做過
想請問有沒有板友對此有更多認識
或曾親身參與體驗過
