三餐內容
早餐:燕麥大約100公克,熱量約370大卡,一杯即溶飲料,熱量約120大卡
午餐:不一定
1.有時跟早餐一樣
2.有時外出吃ㄧ碗麵或炒飯配小菜(都選豆干、豆皮、海帶之類的,
豆皮都選非油炸的)
3.或有時白飯配罐頭肉燥
4.或有時自助餐買青菜而已
可以說是有什麼吃什麼這樣
晚餐:跟早餐一樣
其他:在公司上班時,偶爾會有人塞東西給我吃(蛋糕、燒餅、肉包之類),自己偶爾
也會買糖果來吃(一天約100多大卡),飲料大多喝無糖
日常作息時間:7:00起床 8:00上班到下午17:00,23:00前上床睡覺
生活型態:應該是上班族
運動習慣:慢跑30分鐘,每週2~3次,心跳數約130~140左右,大約3km,持半年
我的問題:原本很胖104公斤,去年2月開始減肥,去年6月減到74公斤,減肥方式
就是每天跳健康操30分鐘~1小時,飲食量非常少,每餐幾乎都只吃ㄧ口
飯,但因為當時住家裡所以營養還算均衡(魚肉菜都有)。但最近因為到
外地工作的關係,所以運動只能去隔壁國小跑步,加上飲食又超不均衡
的,感覺腰圍有點變粗,不知道怎麼辦。
