幫我的菜單給點建議 - 減肥

基本資料
性別:女
年齡:24
身高:162
體重:53.7
BMI:20.46
體脂率:24.1%
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:無糖豆漿or低脂牛奶 + 蔬菜起士蛋堡or吐司
午餐:魚湯 + 一碗白飯 (視情況再加一道青菜) or 吻仔魚粥 or皮蛋瘦肉粥
晚餐:雜燴蔬菜(蕃茄,豆腐,玉米...)湯 + 青菜一把 + 水果(兩種)
其他:其他時間真的餓了就泡麥片或吃水果,平常喝水是想喝就喝,會喝到2400cc左右
日常作息時間:8~9點起床,11~12點睡
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:一週運動3~4次,快走(60min)居多,偶爾游泳,慢跑(20min)+快走,
慢跑比較不能跑太久,膝蓋受過傷,測試過20min差不多該停
我的問題:自己的體脂肪好高@@,參考板上的資料,大致上訂出這樣的減肥規劃,
希望更有線條一點,不知道這樣一天吃下來營養夠不夠呢?? 謝謝批評指教^^
因為還願因素目前要往少肉邁進,大概三,四個月後會蛋奶素
修改了一些資料@@
