小弟剛接觸健身
目的是想把身體練好看還有調整身體
也讓整體看起來不會弱不經風
禮拜一:胸+二頭
禮拜二:慢跑+腹部
禮拜三:背
禮拜四:慢跑+腹部
禮拜五:三角+三頭
禮拜六:慢跑+腹部
禮拜日:腿
小弟目前170cm,60kg
大概想增重3kg
運動時間約在飯後2小時
目前沒有打要去健身房,預算有限
家裡有兩個約8kg的啞鈴
所以只想用啞鈴來健身
我沒有要練到什麼完美身形
只是想讓身體整體變好看
不知小弟這菜單是否可以
有沒有需要調整的地方呢?
