問題一
我是一個典型梨型身材的東方女生
屁股部分真的很寬很寬。。
我只能盡靠有氧減少馬鞍肉,但是等我瘦下來是全身一起瘦,所以整個身體輪廓還是一樣的
,只是小了一點。
想問大家有什麼辦法嗎?
無氧有可能改變身形嗎?
應該做什麼重訓動作?
常常穿褲子都是腰太大,屁股十分緊繃。。
問題二
健身房有一個長得像這樣的器材

我通常拿來做下背
請問身體下去的時候應該是身體和腳90度
或者是能多下去就多下去呢?
這台機器叫什麼 >"<
想去找示範影片
