因為自己想要減脂,而運動量一週也有四到五次,更會加上各部位的重訓,與有氧都約一
小時,身體屬於厚實且體脂肪也高,約32左右。
但在飲食部分,由於是外食族,加上經濟考量,常常中晚餐都只吃菜飯,朋友送了一大罐
好市多的高蛋白,能從中補充代替肉類的蛋白質嗎??
我是女生,我是打算將男生都會喝一匙的份量(罐子內所附的超大湯匙份量)減半運動完喝
,不知道這樣的想法是否可以實施?或是替代方案2為每餐加上半盒的豆腐這樣?
最主要目標是想瘦也想減掉真正的脂肪,之前最瘦體脂也只降到27%,每天運動似乎是吃
太少結果現在慢慢恢復之前體重,但運動量也不變,體力變好反而復胖了…該如何是好
目前的改善是先讓自己每天都有吃到1400左右,均衡唯獨肉類這部分的疑問,和努力多喝
水這樣。
