版友們晚安~~
暑假照著前面版友的心得文
開始了 AkroFitness 重訓入門(無負重)流程
(就是這個 https://goo.gl/nNjPty )
因為我根本不會深蹲 也做不起來XD
所以一律都用靠牆版本替代
不曉得是動作做錯還是本身肌力不足
做了幾天後膝蓋就爆炸了Q口QQQQQQQQ
內側很痛然後整個膝蓋都有種卡卡的錯位感
感覺外側有點腫起來~"~
撐了一周決定還是去看個醫生(骨科 看了沒什麼用 應該選復健科的><)
醫生認為是肌腱發炎 照了X光骨頭沒問題
建議我先休息
目前是先把深蹲動作先pass 其他部分照做
所以想問問版友們有沒有替代性的動作 可以練到原本深蹲在練習的部位呢?
