租屋處不能開伙,平常外食也很難抓熱量
對我來說比較方便的就是便利商店
但當然也不是說每一餐都吃
只是上班的時候,早午餐幾乎都會買超商的來吃
像是今天的早餐就吃這樣(被優酪乳配地瓜腸胃公休廣告洗腦XD)

大概抓個250大卡,其他比較常買的超商產品
就無糖豆漿、沙拉、雞胸肉等等
想請教版上經驗豐富的各位
