以上是7月21日吃完便當1小時後,在中正運動中心用Inbody測量的結果
平常我都是用OMRON HBF-356測量,今天早上的數值是:
體重:66.8
BMI:24.2
體脂率:29.3
三餐內容
早餐:桂格無糖穀粉半包+萬歲牌堅果粉半包+兩小匙桂格山藥燕麥,泡開水喝
偶爾會買路邊小販賣的肉鬆粥當早餐
午餐:有去游泳的話,就是上岸一小時後,馬鈴薯沙拉一盒,或是肉鬆御飯糰+鮮奶一罐
沒游泳的話,通常就是吃自助餐,三樣青菜+一份肉(非油炸)+一碗飯
晚餐:因為租屋在外,所以不是自己煮阿舍乾麵,就是外面隨便吃個麵或炒飯
上飛輪課的那天,晚餐就是熱燙滷味(高麗菜+香菇+大豆干或糯米腸)
日常作息時間:大約一點左右就寢,八點起床準備上班
生活型態:朝九晚六的上班族,上班時間幾乎都是坐著
運動習慣:
每週三至四天上游泳課,泡在水裡的時間大約80分鐘,
目前會自由式跟蛙式,不過都游不遠,主要是以上課為主。
每週一天上飛輪課,每次一小時,沒有心跳表,所以沒測心跳值
每週一天晚上出去騎腳踏車,從塔悠路水門出發,
有時騎社子島,有時走河濱去至善路或是劍南路。
生理期時就是整個禮拜沒運動 orz
我的問題:
其實上大學後體重就一直維持在65kg左右,最瘦時候也還有63kg,
這個異常寒冷的冬天,除了讓我沒辦法維持一週兩次的夜騎之外,還狂吃,
體重上升到讓人無法忍受的七字頭時,就想說該減肥了,不然連我媽看了都嫌><
我從高中以後體型一直就是很壯,不知道瘦是什麼樣子,
雖然同事都說我看起來不像有快70kg,但過高的體脂率卻是不爭的事實 = =
更慘的是我遺傳了我外婆的體型,下半身超胖,連我媽都說我是大象腿,
我老姐就遺傳了我爸,完全吃不胖,162cm/50kg,即使狂吃宵夜不運動也是,
上帝真是不公平~我老爸就說我好的都沒遺傳到,壞的都沒漏 orz
四月開始趁工作比較不忙時去學想了好久的游泳,
也想趁這時間把體重好好的控制在理想體重,
Inbody機器告訴我理想體重是58.6kg,但我想減至55kg左右,
但這一個月來體脂(我自己每天量的)都沒啥動靜,
想請教大家我該如何改進?謝謝<(_ _)>
