朋友169cm / 67kg 左右
骨骼肌30kg 體脂24左右
練了8個月
最近找了教練
教練說:肌力不夠,繼續增,吃到75kg
(健康吃,不是亂吃的那種
等他吃到75kg在開始考慮減脂,
可是他說他肉了一逼==
教練還要他增
他很崩潰,但最後還是被說服了
請問大家都是這樣過來的嗎?
