引體向上快速進步的方法 - 健身

小弟目前自身體重約65KG 直上直下過下巴 自身體重一次可以做13~14下
目前訓練是用負重引體向上5KG在練 一次約拉9~10下
也有練其他項目 例如划船 硬舉等等
可是卡關很久了 2個月以來毫無進展 我是希望能夠20下
有點難過.... 想問有什麼訓練方法可以再加強的
負重再加重嗎 還是加入其他訓練項目 感謝各位巨巨~~~
