引體向上肩受傷 - 健身

最近 因為會考到引體向上
只要做三下就好
可是本人體重很重
BMI 29
體脂 25
光是手撐住身體就很吃力了
連拉上去都拉不上去
而且背肌也沒用到力的感覺
看影片的講解
我根本沒辦法 用那種姿勢撐住
只能兩隻手直直拉長那種
那 請問 我要怎麼練 才能夠做到三下
對了 大概 有3個月的時間可以練!
