感謝大家,我感受到大家對仙女餐的怨恨了。
以下是我的資料補充跟回覆版友問題
1.基本資料
性別:男
身高:172
體重:88.4→80.8
體脂:31.1→28.3
(6/26-8/23)
之所以跟上次不一樣是因為這個體重體脂是同一次inbody,
第一次發文是整個暑假家裡的體重計
p.s 這數據是在高雄博愛安麗量的

三餐內容:
早餐:會睡到11點不吃
午餐:外食在家吃各一半一半
在家吃白飯3/4碗,自炊空心菜或地瓜葉等等青菜1.5碗,豆腐1碗或魚1/2碗,平均一天一
顆蛋
碗是一般小瓷碗
外食盡量都是米寶便當一個,肉是大腿瘦肉
晚餐:大部分自炊同午餐,菜量平均多半碗(應該說中午常吃昨天剩菜)
曾經嘗試水煮,但家人都抗議所以就比較不油的菜
宵夜:400cc牛奶
生活型態:除了要顧臥病在床病人兼職家庭主婦外基本上是閒閒暑假大學生
2點睡11點起,2點半去健身房,晚上9點跑步7k
2.我不知道營養系是怎樣啦,不過我們只介紹病態肥胖,介紹手術跟減肥藥藥性
各種病人的營養要怎麼處理,論怎麼健康瘦我還比不上各位版上先進哩。
減重門診大部分也都以板上標準來說很恐怖喔
3.根據inbody,我的肌肉脂肪各消耗是2.8比4.6,的確是有餓瘦的狀況
剛剛檢視自己的飲食似乎也剛剛好碰到基代甚至不夠
各位版友也有指出來了
4.因為家裡因素,蛋白質難以補充
肉幾乎無法
蛋每日一粒
蛋白粉家裡有直銷的那種,但難喝到會反胃,且家裡有蛋白再去買會被逼著退貨
豆腐跟魚是吃奶奶吃剩的份量難以控制
佛教徒真麻煩
