跑步喘不過氣 - 健身

大家好
就是最近跑步時,不管是傍晚或晚上,大約跑個800~1000就開始覺得很痛苦
大口吸吐氣時,感覺整個非常不順,有東西卡住的感覺
然後極限跑到2000左右就不行了
連100~200衝刺也是比以前慢超多
大約最近3~4個月都是這種狀態
但我一直都有運動習慣,去年夏天跑步即使是在傍晚4~5點很熱的天氣
也都可以用順暢舒服的狀態30~32分鐘跑完5000
不會有現在這種感覺
平常也有在上健身房,目前bmi 22,體脂約18%
以前還沒重訓前還會因為腳痠跑不下去
但現在完全不會,感覺就是心肺的問題
本身是有一點輕微二尖瓣脫垂,但一直以來也沒什麼特別影響
飲食方面有改變的部份,就只有開始常喝超商的無糖茶葉茶
