昨天練背(真的覺得練背超爽,那種酸感
練背菜單:
1.俯身槓鈴(6組)
2.滑輪下拉(6組)
3.坐姿划船(6組)
4.雙臂外展(蝴蝶機往後拉)(4組)
5.引體向上(3組)
在練引體向上的時候,拉三組,手一下就沒力了(沒特別練二頭
是我把這動作放在太後面,還是前面動作姿勢不佳,導置都出力在二頭?
各位巨巨都把引體向上排在哪時練呀?
