小弟走跳健身房已經幾個月了
但今天首次嘗試深蹲
摸索很久也看過很多人的姿勢
(天性害羞不敢問人)
首先純槓 沒有槓片
10-11下。3組
有槓片2.5+2.5
10-11下。2組
有槓片5+5
5-7下 兩組
做完當下腿很痠
回到家下樓梯都沒有辦法
只能用跳的(沒辦法止力?!)
之前我做臥推或者其他器材都是隔一天
才會有感痠痛
但今天做完深蹲的幾個小時內
馬上有感...雙腳好像不是我的
真的很佩服很多人都20+20起跳的
我知道我很爛要持續
但我的腳現在還在發抖
我真他奶奶的弱雞
題外話 我是痠屁股跟前大腿後大腿
