強國男臥推100kg內臟出血 全身血量流掉一半

。中國有個22歲男子日前挑戰100公斤臥推後,內臟大出血引發休克,緊急治療才撿回一
條命。
綜合報導指出,中國長沙22歲范姓男子日前在健身房練胸肌,他為了挑戰極限,進行100
公斤臥推。他健身完回到家後,卻覺得肚子不舒服、肋骨相當痛,更多次暈過去,因而緊
急送醫。醫生診斷後發現,男子是因為內臟大出血而引發休克,而且男子脾結腸韌帶有個
約3公分的圓形血腫。
醫生進行手術時,男子體內的血腫仍不停往外滲血,出血量高達2600cc,而正常人血量約
是5000cc。男子疑似是因為臥推時用力過猛導致內臟出血,將全身一半的血量都流掉。所
幸經手術後已無大礙,現在正在恢復中。
