想問一下版友有沒有遇過類似狀況
遇到後都怎麼處理?
在健身房被一位應該是練健美的先生(目測55歲以上 體脂低線條明顯)指導如何練三頭
他主張應該要縮短行程、一直保持張力、8-12下組間不超過10秒、連續做直到力竭 他都可以做13組以上以前肌腱斷裂啥的
這些都算了
他說 你們女生練這個都想瘦蝴蝶袖(wtf???)
用我這練法”你這樣的”看起來兩組就沒力了 之類的還一直要我照他的方法練
魯妹練了一年半 練健康的 身材0分
是不是因為這樣 看起來太弱 就會被指導還要被嗆?
Ps.飛熊大的引體向上課表真的很有用,終於Neutral Grip Pull-Up 2*2/正手1*2了!超級推薦!
