在健身版跟鐵克那晃少說也有兩年多了,
不過真正有規則的訓練大概才進行半年吧,
之前都是亂練XD,
不過這篇文章的主角不是我,
是我們班上的一個強者Orz....
小弟在健身版跟鐵克接收的資訊就是,高次數低強度的訓練無法使肌肉肥大,
EX:伏地挺身
這半年多也都一直秉持著低次數高強度的訓練原則(RM不高過10),
不過上學期我們班上來了一個轉組生(小弟還是高中XDrz),
原本以為他只是體型大而已,
直到有天,我們班一個單槓狂,跑來跟我說,那個轉學生胸肌超大的!
我很好奇是有多大,於是拜託他給我摸一下,
結果我真的震懾到了........
這大概是我這輩子摸過最大的胸部吧?
讓我想起我平常吃飯的鐵碗公~囧....
我問他怎麼練的,
他說他國三的時候都在衝伏地挺身,練到最後一天一百下,
我整個傻眼,
我國中也是壓伏地挺身壓到100下阿!雖然我是分三~四組做,但是為啥差這麼多Orz

這張照片沒有說拍很好,
他體重大概86KG,
小弟推測,應該是靠體重加持來的吧?
畢竟這體重量要做到100下伏地挺身還滿有難度的,而且他還是天天做Orz
不過在小弟跟他深聊過後,很可惜,他沒有基本的觀念,
他一直堅信重量不夠,做多次就好了,
小弟也不能多說甚麼,畢竟自己沒比人壯阿,殘念。
另外分享小弟哥哥高中時的照片,
他大概是小弟生活中,
胸肌僅次於我哥的人吧~@@
