自從變成清淡飲食之後
我很少攝取油類的東西
不喜歡吃炸的
菜也不喜歡吃炒的
三餐都很清淡
最油大概是早上吧
早上有吃麵包
這樣我好像變得比較容易便秘
請問如果攝取堅果類
像腰果、杏仁果這類的
一天正常攝取量應該多少?
不知道怎麼拿捏
可以問這個嗎?違板規再d 謝謝
