最近看徒手訓練的影片(body weight)
想說找個幾招 可以在沒有器材的時候練練
但看到影片後 簡直目瞪口呆
一個比一個猛

每個都練的非常好
就很好奇
他們到底是完全只靠徒手訓練嗎??
想想 又覺得不太可能 不然有些影片幹嘛要在健身房拍呢
有些體格感覺就不是徒手(只靠身體重量)練得出來的
像第一部就感覺是練好了 在挑戰身體極限給大家看而已
一般健身初心者根本沒幾招可以練啊XD
所以才想問一下版上各位 巨巨 大大 各位巨大
only body weight的極限 真的有可能練到像上述影片那樣的體格嗎
小魯弟知識鄙陋 概念不足 請各位巨大不吝痛鞭指教
