從70瘦到55又胖到68 - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:含糖豆漿400cc左右 刈包夾肉&蛋
午餐:豆芽菜 玉米 青菜 雞肉 麵
晚餐:白飯2碗 蔬菜 肉
其他:50CC紅酒
日常作息時間:通常 1:00~8:00
生活型態:大學生
運動習慣:慢跑 40分鐘' 心跳數 120~140左右
我的問題:曾經事流舞社的社員所以天天跳舞三個小時左右因此半年內瘦了15KG
但是退出社團後便只有天天晚上9:30慢跑40分鐘,飲食習慣也沒有變
現在復胖到68KG
Q1:不曉得每天三餐要如何分配熱量 ,怎麼吃比較部會餓又不易胖??
Q2:要做怎樣的運動多久可以瘦又不用擔心長肌肉??
Q3:胖跟血液循環不好有關係嗎??
