從小地方發現體力變好 - 減肥

從今年四月初開始運動到現在 (大多是跑步 一周3~4次)
雖然我體重下降很慢很慢... 體脂也是沒什麼變化...QQ
但最近從小地方發現 我體力有變好 所以還算是可喜可賀事
就是每次要追公車時 大概是2個紅綠燈的距離
我都會立刻收起陽傘 拼命往前衝刺
記得以前的我(高三肥滋滋不運動時期) 跑完停下立刻大喘特喘 必須休息一下
但現在立刻停下似乎也沒什麼異狀 約快吸呼3下就平復了
以上是我減肥除了體重體脂變化外的小小心得~
