半年多前(大概是2月中)
懵懵懂懂的來到Fitness版
那時候的我
體重103.3公斤
體脂肪35.5%以上
完全沒有想要減肥的意思
每天就大吃
不運動
玩電腦玩整天
不然就是認真念書念整天
身為一個主科繁忙的大三學生
感覺好像沒什麼
直到那天在鏡子裡看到自己
直到那晚被喜歡的人拒絕
我知道 再不努力看看
等到25歲以後
代謝變差
或許這輩子就這樣了
於是我開始認真爬文
擬定計畫
一開始
我連跑1000m都有問題
所以我先開始快走
外加鄭多燕
每天花兩個小時的時間
先跳鄭多燕小紅帽當做暖身
之後從家裡走到附近的森林快走
每天這樣運動外加快走
吃的部份
開始克制自己吃少點
怕餓 就去買糙米飯
配合大量蔬菜
還有一些肉類豆類蛋白質
以及水果
慢慢學會算基代 算熱量
就這樣降到了90多公斤
之後我知道
鄭多燕和快跑已經對我沒用了
我開始到附近國中跑操場
一開始 3000m
然後4500m
5000m
跑著跑著
時間來到六月底
這種天氣對胖子來說跑步真的很喘很熱
我又很討厭流汗的感覺
於是我到家裡附近的游泳池
每天花1個半小時游泳
不停游40分鐘
休息20分鐘
再40分鐘
配合大量喝水(游完都會喝800-1000/40分鐘)
就這樣過了一個暑假
開學那天
所有同學朋友都嚇到了
這時候的我
體重已經來到74.8公斤
體脂肪也來到22.3%
每個人都無比佩服我
我卻只是笑了笑
沒什麼 時間多 減個肥還好
就這樣
每天持續有氧運動
有時游泳
有時無聊就去健身房跑跑步機
又過了兩三個月
這時候已經進入秋冬
游泳池真的太冷
我也沒那麼多時間可以運動
於是平均一個禮拜上健身房4-5次
每次就跑跑步機1個小時~1個半小時
吃的部份
也沒特別刻意不吃什麼或吃什麼
朋友揪聚餐
揪逛夜市 都去 都吃
反正運動回來就好
自己平常吃也一樣
會顧慮營養均衡
一定要有蔬菜水果
肉倒是還好
不過沒吃肉我會吃豆腐或蛋
因為我很喜歡涼拌豆腐這道菜
就這樣維持到現在
體重一路都是下降
沒什麼停滯期
今天早上
也是我減肥計劃的39周
量體重時是67.1公斤
體脂肪15.7%
現在幾乎每個超過一個月沒看到我的朋友
再看到我時都會驚呼認不出來
過去的XXL褲子XL衣服
如今變成L褲子M衣服
從照片看來
真的是兩個人了
本人在此

感謝大家互相鼓勵激勵
今後我也會維持運動
養成良好的飲食運動生活習慣!
