復胖問題 - 健身

先報告一下我的基本資料
我從五月開始認真運動(慢跑)還有飲食控制(不宵夜、飲料、多蔬果)來減重
然後九月入伍(替代役,新訓還是幾乎每天要跑3000)
到目前已經從80kg降到64kg
我一開始運動時很認真每天都去跑步
可是 到最近2個月 就變成一個禮拜頂多跑3次
飲食方面反而筆剛開始減重時吃的也較多
我想要請問的是
為什麼我都沒有復胖呢? 我都有點擔心是不是身體出問題了...
請教大家了 謝謝
