大家好,我是AFAA(美國體適能有氧協會)認證的
私人體適能教練 Solong。很開心上一次在Fitness版
徵人得到很大的迴響,發現其實許多人都知道該運動,
該做有氧運動,該作重量訓練,該改善柔軟度,只是
沒有方法,或著是從報章雜誌書籍等等得到很多零散
的方法,在不知道自己的身體是不是適合的情況下就
加以訓練,結果往往是造成受傷而停止訓練,這真是
一大憾事阿。
而我的工作呢,就是避免這樣的事情發生。有系
統的改善柔軟度,肌力肌耐力,心肺耐力等等。
由於我目前的學生相約出國玩耍,突然之間這一
兩個月我就變得很閒,閒得快要發瘋,所以我就想來
徵求對於體適能訓練有興趣的人,提供”免費”一個月
的服務。
服務包含 1.完整的體適能檢測:
讓你對自己的身體更了解,選擇適合自己的運動,
從最弱的一環開始改善。
2.運動訓練的規劃:
有系統,週期化,個人化的訓練計畫,
所需要的器材我準備,本身什麼都沒有也沒關係。

在這個唯利是圖,利益導向的社會,人與人之間缺乏信任,
工作的唯一目的就是為了錢。然而我不以為然,工作的目的
是為了服務人群,自我實踐,而賺錢只是工作過程的附加價值,
絕對不會是目標。
以上是上次徵人時,收到”您該不會是詐騙集團吧”的無言
指控的一點感嘆。
